Home Base – Lily’s Place Site 2

This project for Home Base Housing – Lily’s Place Site 2 will include cleaning up and raking the front and back yards, clearing out flower beds and planting new flowers, and spreading mulch. It will include staining decks at the front and back of the house, cleaning the play structure and staining a picnic table. On the inside, it will require a deep clean of the play room and additional common areas.

• Clean up and rake the front and back yards
• Clean out the flower beds, turn soil and bag any yard waste and/or garbage to be hauled away
• Plant flowers and add mulch to gardens
• Trim hedge if possible
• Rake and weed the rock garden in the backyard
• Stain the front deck, back deck stairs, and small picnic table
• Wipe down the play structures
• Clean, sort and sanitize the play room and toys
• Clean the baseboards, walls, kitchen, bathrooms and any common areas of house
• If there is an empty room, then a deep clean may be needed

• Hedge trimming if possible
• Gardening, cleaning, painting an asset
