Extend-A-Family

This project for Extend-A-Family will include cleaning up the large community garden, cleaning the brush from the large property, bagging any garbage and yard waste, as well as refreshing the gardens by turning the soil, planting some new flowers, spreading lots of mulch in flower beds and along pathways, and freshening up the river rock along the side yard. There will also be an opportunity to harvest some of the lettuces and vegetables from the hydroponic garden and clean the exterior windows.

• Sweeping walkways & paths
• Clear brush & cut up branches for removal
• Tidy and prep gardens for summer
• Spread mulch
• Turn soil and plant new flowers
• Harvest vegetables/lettuces from hydroponic garden
• Clean exterior windows
• Update river rock along side yard pathway

• Gardening experience a plus, but not necessary
